How We Work

From first moodboard to approved strike-off and showreel

A studio workflow that keeps design intent intact through 3D approval, sampling, colour sign-off and bulk production.

    Brief & Fabric Research

    We start with the end use - fabric type, construction, weight, market, season and price point - then research trends, references and competitor direction before drawing a single motif.

  2. 02

    Concept & Motif Development

    Hand sketches, painted motifs and digital experiments come together into concept boards, with early repeats and colour direction proposed for review.

  3. 03

    Repeat, Colourway & 3D Build

    Chosen directions are built into true seamless repeats and mapped across colourways - then visualized in 3D CAD so the design can be seen on fabric, garment or product before sampling.

  4. 04

    Sampling & Strike-Off Review

    We work alongside mills and printers on strike-offs, adjusting colour, scale and repeat until the physical sample matches the approved design and render.

  5. 05

    Motion & Production Handover

    Final layered files, production artwork, tech packs and colour standards are packaged for bulk run - alongside motion assets that carry the collection to market.
